덕키 라인 개인정보처리방침

시행일: 2026년 10월 2일 (전세계 랭킹 관련 조항 추가)

주식회사 상상노드(이하 "회사")는 이용자의 개인정보를 중요시하며, 「개인정보 보호법」 등 관련 법령을 준수합니다. 본 개인정보처리방침은 회사가 제공하는 모바일 퍼즐 게임 "덕키 라인(Ducky Line!)"(패키지명 com.sangsangnode.duckyline, 이하 "서비스") 이용과 관련하여 처리되는 정보의 기준을 명확히 하기 위하여 수립·공개합니다.

제1조 (수집하는 정보)

본 서비스는 회원가입·로그인 없이 이용하는 게임으로, 회사는 이름·이메일·전화번호 등 이용자를 식별할 수 있는 개인정보를 수집하지 않습니다. 다만 전세계 랭킹 기능을 제공하기 위하여 아래 3호의 정보가 회사의 랭킹 서버로 전송·저장됩니다.

1. 기기 내에만 저장되는 정보

게임 진행 상황(레벨, 데일리 퍼즐 완료 기록·연속 기록, 해금한 오리 코스튬, 힌트 수), 설정 값, 광고 제거 구매 여부는 이용자의 기기에만 저장되며 회사로 전송되지 않습니다. 앱을 삭제하면 함께 삭제됩니다.

2. 광고 게재 시 자동 처리되는 정보

광고 파트너인 Google AdMob이 광고 게재 과정에서 광고 식별자(Android 광고 ID, iOS IDFA), 기기 정보, IP 주소 등을 수집·처리할 수 있습니다. iOS에서는 앱 추적 투명성(ATT) 허용 시에만 IDFA가 사용되며, 유럽경제지역·영국 등에서는 Google 동의 관리 도구로 동의를 받은 뒤 광고를 게재합니다.

3. 전세계 랭킹에 쓰이는 정보

  • 익명 식별자: 앱이 최초 실행 시 임의로 만든 값(UUID)입니다. 회사는 이 값으로 개인을 식별할 수 없으며, 다른 이용자에게 공개되지 않습니다.
  • 닉네임: 앱이 자동으로 부여하며(예: 오리4821) 설정에서 바꿀 수 있습니다. 랭킹에서 다른 이용자에게 공개됩니다. 실명 등 개인을 알아볼 수 있는 내용은 넣지 마세요.
  • 나라: 접속 위치(IP 주소)로 판정한 국가 코드만 저장하며, IP 주소 자체는 랭킹 데이터에 저장하지 않습니다. 설정에서 한 번 바꿀 수 있고, 랭킹에 국기로 공개됩니다.
  • 게임 기록: 레벨별 최단 클리어 시간. 랭킹에 공개됩니다.
  • 이용 환경: Android·iOS·토스 중 어느 판인지(통계용).

기기가 인터넷에 연결되어 있지 않으면 위 정보는 전송되지 않으며, 그 경우에도 게임의 모든 기능을 동일하게 이용할 수 있습니다.

제2조 (처리 목적)

  1. 광고 게재: 무료 서비스 운영을 위한 배너 광고, 레벨 사이 전면 광고, 이용자가 원할 때 시청하는 보상형 광고(하트 채우기·힌트 보상)
  2. 인앱 구매 처리: 광고 제거, 힌트·하트·스트릭 보호권 상품의 구매 및 복원
  3. 전세계 랭킹 제공: 레벨별 순위 산정과 표시, 비정상적인 기록의 검증

제3조 (보유 및 파기)

기기 내 데이터는 앱 삭제 시 즉시 삭제됩니다. 전세계 랭킹 정보(제1조 3호)는 이용자의 삭제 요청 시 또는 서비스 종료 시까지 보관한 뒤 지체 없이 파기합니다. 앱을 삭제해도 랭킹 서버의 기록은 자동으로 지워지지 않으므로, 삭제를 원하면 제6조의 방법으로 요청해 주세요.

제4조 (제3자 제공)

회사는 이용자의 정보를 제3자에게 제공하거나 판매하지 않습니다.

제5조 (처리 위탁 및 국외 이전)

  • Google LLC — AdMob (미국): 광고 게재. 광고 식별자, 기기 정보, IP 주소 등이 Google의 개인정보처리방침 및 광고 정책에 따라 처리될 수 있습니다.
  • Supabase, Inc. (미국 법인): 전세계 랭킹 데이터의 저장·처리(클라우드 데이터베이스). 위탁되는 정보는 제1조 3호와 같으며, 데이터는 대한민국(서울) 리전에 저장됩니다. 다만 수탁자는 미국 법인이므로 서비스 유지·장애 대응 등 운영상 필요한 범위에서 수탁자의 인력이 데이터에 접근할 수 있습니다.
  • Google LLC — Google Play / Apple Inc. — App Store (미국): 인앱 결제 처리. 결제는 전적으로 각 스토어가 처리하며, 회사는 결제 수단 정보에 접근하거나 보관하지 않습니다.

제6조 (이용자의 권리와 선택)

  • 맞춤형 광고 거부: Android는 설정 > 개인정보 보호 > 광고에서 광고 ID를 재설정·삭제할 수 있고, iOS는 설정 > 개인정보 보호 및 보안 > 추적에서 추적 허용을 끌 수 있습니다.
  • 광고 제거: 인앱 구매로 배너·전면 광고를 없앨 수 있습니다.
  • 랭킹 정보의 열람·정정·삭제: 닉네임은 앱 설정에서 직접 바꿀 수 있습니다. 랭킹 기록과 프로필의 삭제는 아래 이메일로 닉네임과 나라를 적어 요청해 주세요. 회사는 본인 확인(해당 닉네임의 기록 일치 여부) 후 10일 이내에 삭제합니다.
  • 그 밖의 문의는 아래 이메일로 접수하며, 회사는 지체 없이 답변합니다.

제7조 (앱 권한)

  • 인터넷: 광고 로드, 인앱 결제, 전세계 랭킹 통신에 사용합니다.
  • 위치, 카메라, 마이크, 연락처, 사진·파일 등 민감 권한은 요청하지 않습니다.
  • 광고 SDK가 광고 ID 권한(AD_ID)과 네트워크 상태 확인 권한을 사용할 수 있습니다.

제8조 (아동의 개인정보 보호)

본 서비스는 만 14세 미만 아동을 주 대상으로 하지 않으며, 아동의 개인정보를 수집하지 않습니다.

Ducky Line! Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 2, 2026 (World ranking added)

SangsangNode Co., Ltd. ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information is handled by the mobile puzzle game "Ducky Line!" (package name com.sangsangnode.duckyline, the "app") and why.

1. Information We Collect

Ducky Line! does not require an account. We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, or any other information that identifies you. To provide the World ranking, the information listed under "World ranking data" below is sent to and stored on our ranking server.

Data stored only on your device

Game progress (levels, daily puzzle records and streaks, unlocked duck costumes, hints), settings, and your ad-removal purchase status are stored only on your device and are never sent to us. Uninstalling the app deletes them.

Advertising data processed automatically

Our advertising partner, Google AdMob, may collect and process your advertising identifier (Android Advertising ID, iOS IDFA), device information, and IP address when ads are served. On iOS, the IDFA is used only if you allow tracking through App Tracking Transparency. In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland, we ask for your consent through Google's consent management tool before serving ads.

World ranking data

  • Anonymous identifier — a random value (UUID) the app creates on first launch. It does not identify you and is never shown to other players.
  • Nickname — assigned automatically (e.g. Duck4821); you can change it in Settings. It is visible to other players in the ranking. Please do not put real names or other personal details in it.
  • Country — only a country code derived from your connection (IP address) is stored; the IP address itself is not stored in the ranking data. You can change it once in Settings. It is shown as a flag in the ranking.
  • Game records — your fastest clear time for each level, visible in the ranking.
  • Platform — whether you play the Android, iOS or Toss version (statistics only).

Nothing is sent while your device is offline, and the game works the same without the ranking.

2. How Information Is Used

  1. Advertising — banner ads, interstitial ads between levels, and rewarded ads you choose to watch (to refill hearts or get extra hints), which keep the game free.
  2. In-app purchases — providing and restoring Remove Ads and the hint, heart and streak-shield items.
  3. World ranking — computing and showing per-level rankings and checking implausible records.

3. Retention

Data on your device is deleted when you uninstall the app. World ranking data is kept until you ask us to delete it or the service ends. Uninstalling the app does not remove your ranking records automatically — see "Your Choices" to request deletion.

4. Third-Party Services

  • Google LLC — AdMob (USA) — serves ads, as described in Google's Privacy Policy and Advertising Policies.
  • Supabase, Inc. (USA) — hosts the world ranking database. The data is stored in the Seoul (South Korea) region; Supabase staff may access it only as needed to operate and support the service.
  • Google Play / Apple App Store — process in-app purchases entirely. We never see or store your payment details.

We do not sell or share your information with anyone else.

5. Your Choices

  • Personalized ads: reset or delete your advertising ID (Android: Settings > Privacy > Ads) or turn off tracking (iOS: Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking).
  • Remove ads: the Remove Ads purchase turns off banner and interstitial ads.
  • Ranking data: change your nickname any time in Settings. To delete your ranking records and profile, email us your nickname and country; we delete them within 10 days after matching the request to the records.

6. Permissions

The app uses Internet access only to load ads and process purchases. It does not request location, camera, microphone, contacts, photos, or files. The advertising SDK may use the AD_ID permission and network-state checks.

7. Children

The app is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

8. Changes

This policy takes effect on September 26, 2026. Updates will be posted on this page; material changes will be announced at least 7 days in advance.
