본 방침은 2026년 8월 24일 게시되어 2026년 8월 31일부터 시행됩니다. 시행일 전까지는 종전 방침(2026년 7월 23일 시행)이 적용됩니다.
주식회사 상상노드(이하 "회사")는 이용자의 개인정보를 중요시하며, 「개인정보 보호법」 등 관련 법령을 준수합니다. 본 개인정보처리방침은 회사가 제공하는 모바일 퍼즐 게임 "사천성 프렌즈(Shisen Friends)"(이하 "서비스") 이용과 관련하여 처리되는 정보의 기준을 명확히 하기 위하여 수립·공개합니다.
제1조 (수집하는 정보와 수집하지 않는 정보)
회사는 회원가입·로그인 절차를 두지 않으며, 이름·이메일·전화번호·생년월일 등 이용자를 직접 식별할 수 있는 정보를 요구하거나 수집하지 않습니다.
다만 전국 랭킹 기능을 제공하기 위하여 제4조에 정한 범위의 정보가 회사 서버로 전송·저장됩니다.
제2조 (기기 내에만 저장되는 정보)
게임 진행 상황(최고 기록, 하트, 보유 아이템 등)과 설정 값(소리·테마 설정 등)은 이용자의 기기에만 저장됩니다. 이 데이터는 앱을 삭제하면 함께 삭제됩니다.
제3조 (별도 동의 없이 처리되는 근거)
전국 랭킹은 서비스의 핵심 기능 중 하나로, 제4조의 정보 처리는 「개인정보 보호법」 제15조제1항제4호(계약의 이행)에 근거합니다. 이용자는 랭킹에 기록을 남기지 않음으로써(게임 종료 시 기록이 0점이거나 앱을 오프라인으로 이용) 처리를 회피할 수 있으며, 이 경우에도 게임의 모든 기능을 동일하게 이용할 수 있습니다.
제4조 (전국 랭킹 서비스)

수집 목적: 전국 랭킹 순위 산정 및 표시, 부정 기록 검증
보유 기간: 이용자가 삭제를 요청할 때까지. 삭제 요청 시 해당 이용자의 닉네임과 모든 게임 기록을 지체 없이 파기합니다.
공개 범위: 랭킹 화면에는 닉네임·점수·도달 SET만 표시됩니다. 익명 식별자, 플레이 시간, 기기 정보는 다른 이용자에게 공개되지 않습니다.
주의: 닉네임은 다른 이용자에게 공개됩니다. 실명, 연락처 등 본인을 식별할 수 있는 정보를 닉네임으로 사용하지 마십시오.
제5조 (개인정보 처리의 위탁)
회사는 전국 랭킹 서비스 운영을 위하여 아래와 같이 개인정보 처리를 위탁하고 있습니다.

위탁되는 정보는 제4조의 수집 항목과 같습니다. 랭킹 데이터는 대한민국 내에 저장되며 국외로 이전되지 않습니다. 다만 수탁자는 미국 법인이므로, 서비스 유지·장애 대응 등 운영상 필요한 범위에서 수탁자의 인력이 데이터에 접근할 수 있습니다.
회사는 위탁계약 체결 시 개인정보의 안전한 관리에 관한 사항을 규정하고 있으며, 수탁자가 변경되거나 위탁 업무의 내용이 변경될 경우 본 방침을 통해 공개합니다.
제6조 (광고 게재 및 광고 식별자)
본 서비스는 무료 제공을 위해 Google AdMob 광고를 표시합니다. 광고 게재 과정에서 광고 파트너인 Google LLC(미국)가 광고 식별자(ADID/IDFA), 기기 정보, IP 주소 등을 수집·처리할 수 있으며, 이는 Google의 개인정보처리방침 및 광고 정책에 따릅니다.
맞춤형 광고 거부
- Android: 설정 > 개인정보 보호 > 광고 에서 광고 ID를 재설정하거나 삭제
- iOS: 설정 > 개인정보 보호 및 보안 > 추적 에서 앱의 추적 요청을 거부. 앱 최초 실행 시 표시되는 추적 권한 요청에서 "앱에 추적 금지 요청"을 선택해도 동일합니다.
추적을 허용하지 않아도 게임의 모든 기능을 동일하게 이용할 수 있습니다.
제7조 (인앱 결제)
본 서비스의 유료 상품 결제는 전적으로 Google Play 및 Apple App Store가 처리합니다. 회사는 카드번호 등 결제 수단 정보에 접근하거나 보관하지 않으며, 결제 관련 정보는 각 스토어 사업자의 개인정보처리방침에 따라 처리됩니다.
제8조 (앱 권한 사용 안내)
- 인터넷 접근(INTERNET): 광고 로드, 인앱 결제 통신, 전국 랭킹 조회·제출에 사용합니다.
- 위치, 카메라, 마이크, 연락처, 사진·파일 등 민감 권한은 요청하지 않으며 해당 정보에 접근하지 않습니다.
- 광고 SDK가 광고 게재를 위해 광고 ID 권한(AD_ID) 및 네트워크 상태 확인 권한을 사용할 수 있습니다.
제9조 (아동의 개인정보 보호)
본 서비스는 만 14세 미만 아동을 주 대상으로 하지 않습니다. 회사는 이용자의 연령 정보를 수집하지 않으므로 아동 여부를 식별할 수 없습니다. 만 14세 미만 아동이 본 서비스를 이용하는 경우, 법정대리인은 제10조의 연락처를 통해 해당 아동의 랭킹 기록 삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다.
닉네임에는 본인을 식별할 수 있는 정보를 입력하지 않도록 보호자의 지도를 권장합니다.
제10조 (이용자의 권리와 행사 방법)
이용자는 자신의 랭킹 정보에 대하여 열람·정정·삭제·처리정지를 요청할 수 있습니다.
- 정정: 닉네임은 앱 내 랭킹 화면에서 언제든지 직접 변경할 수 있습니다.
- 열람·삭제·처리정지: 아래 이메일로 요청해 주십시오. 본인 확인을 위해 앱 내 랭킹 화면에 표시된 닉네임을 함께 알려주시면 해당 기록을 확인하여 처리합니다.

회사는 요청을 받은 날로부터 10일 이내에 처리 결과를 회신합니다. 앱을 삭제하더라도 이미 서버에 저장된 랭킹 기록은 자동으로 삭제되지 않으므로, 삭제를 원하시면 위 절차를 이용해 주십시오.
제11조 (개인정보의 안전성 확보 조치)
- 랭킹 데이터는 전송 구간 전체에 HTTPS 암호화를 적용합니다.
- 데이터베이스 접근은 행 수준 보안(Row Level Security) 정책으로 제한되어, 이용자는 자신의 기록만 조회·생성할 수 있으며 타인의 기록을 수정하거나 삭제할 수 없습니다.
- 저장된 기록은 생성 후 수정·삭제가 불가능하도록 설계되어 있습니다.

Shisen Friends Privacy Policy
Effective date: August 31, 2026
This policy was published on August 24, 2026 and takes effect on August 31, 2026. Until then, the previous policy (effective July 23, 2026) applies.
SangsangNode Co., Ltd. ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information is handled by the mobile puzzle game "Shisen Friends" (사천성 프렌즈, the "app") and why.
1. What We Collect and What We Don’t
There is no sign-up or login. We never ask for your name, email address, phone number, date of birth, or any other directly identifying information.
However, to provide the national leaderboard, the information described in Section 4 is transmitted to and stored on our server.
2. Stored Only on Your Device
Your game progress (best score, hearts, owned items) and settings (sound, theme) are stored only on your device and are deleted when you uninstall the app.
3. Legal Basis
The leaderboard is a core feature of the service. Processing under Section 4 is based on Article 15(1)(4) of the Korean Personal Information Protection Act (performance of a contract). You can avoid this processing by not submitting a score (playing offline or ending with a score of zero); all other game features remain fully available.
4. National Leaderboard

Purpose: Calculating and displaying leaderboard rankings, and validating records against tampering.
Retention: Until you request deletion. On request, your nickname and all game records are deleted without delay.
What others can see: The leaderboard displays only nickname, score, and SET reached. Your anonymous identifier, play duration, and device information are never shown to other users.
Note: Your nickname is visible to other players. Do not use your real name, contact details, or anything else that identifies you.
5. Processing by Third Parties
We use the following processor to operate the national leaderboard.

The information entrusted is that listed in Section 4. Leaderboard data is stored within the Republic of Korea and is not transferred abroad. The processor is a US company, and its personnel may access the data as necessary for service maintenance and incident response.
Our agreement with the processor sets out requirements for the safe handling of personal information. Any change of processor or scope will be disclosed on this page.
6. Advertising and Advertising Identifiers
The app displays Google AdMob ads so it can be offered free of charge. Google LLC (USA) may collect and process advertising identifiers (ADID/IDFA), device information, and IP addresses, subject to Google’s privacy and advertising policies.
Opting out of personalized ads
- Android: Settings > Privacy > Ads — reset or delete your advertising ID
- iOS: Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking — deny tracking for the app, or select "Ask App Not to Track" on the prompt shown at first launch
Declining tracking does not limit any game feature.
7. In-App Purchases
All payments are handled entirely by Google Play and the Apple App Store. We never access or store card numbers or other payment credentials; payment information is handled under each store operator’s privacy policy.
8. Permissions
- Internet access: Used for loading ads, in-app purchase communication, and leaderboard submission and retrieval.
- We do not request location, camera, microphone, contacts, or photo/file permissions, and we do not access such information.
- The advertising SDK may use the advertising ID permission (AD_ID) and network state permission.
9. Children’s Privacy
The app is not primarily directed at children under 14. We do not collect age information and therefore cannot identify whether a user is a child. If a child under 14 uses the app, a legal guardian may request deletion of that child’s leaderboard records using the contact in Section 10.
We recommend that guardians ensure children do not enter identifying information as a nickname.
10. Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or suspension of processing of your leaderboard information.
- Correction: You can change your nickname yourself at any time on the leaderboard screen in the app.
- Access, deletion, suspension: Email us at the address below. Please include the nickname shown on your leaderboard screen so we can locate your records.

We will respond within 10 days of receiving your request. Note that uninstalling the app does not automatically delete records already stored on the server — please use the process above.
11. Security Measures
- All leaderboard traffic is encrypted end to end with HTTPS.
- Database access is restricted by Row Level Security policies: you can only read and create your own records, and cannot modify or delete anyone else’s.
- Stored records are designed to be immutable after creation.

13. Remedies
To report a privacy concern in Korea, you may contact the Personal Information Infringement Report Center (118, privacy.kisa.or.kr), the Supreme Prosecutors’ Office Cyber Investigation Division (1301, spo.go.kr), or the National Police Agency Cyber Bureau (182, cyberbureau.police.go.kr).
14. Changes to This Policy
This policy takes effect on August 31, 2026, replacing the previous policy effective July 23, 2026. Material changes will be announced on this page at least 7 days before they take effect.
