주식회사 상상노드(이하 "회사")는 이용자의 개인정보를 중요시하며, 「개인정보 보호법」 등 관련 법령을 준수합니다. 본 개인정보처리방침은 회사가 제공하는 모바일 퍼즐 게임 "사천성 프렌즈(Shisen Friends)"(이하 "서비스") 이용과 관련하여 처리되는 정보의 기준을 명확히 하기 위하여 수립·공개합니다.

제1조 (개인정보 수집 여부)

회사는 본 서비스에서 이용자의 개인정보를 수집하지 않습니다.

• 회원가입·로그인이 없으며, 이름·이메일·전화번호 등 이용자를 식별할 수 있는 정보를 요구하지 않습니다.
• 회사가 운영하는 별도의 게임 서버가 없으며, 게임 이용 데이터가 회사로 전송되지 않습니다.

제2조 (기기 내에만 저장되는 정보)

게임 진행 상황(스테이지 클리어 기록, 획득한 별, 하트 등)과 설정 값(소리 설정 등)은 이용자의 기기에만 저장됩니다. 이 데이터는 회사를 포함한 외부로 전송되지 않으며, 앱을 삭제하면 함께 삭제됩니다.

제3조 (광고 게재 및 광고 식별자)

본 서비스는 무료 제공을 위해 Google AdMob 광고를 표시합니다. 광고 게재 과정에서 광고 파트너인 Google LLC(미국)가 광고 식별자(ADID), 기기 정보, IP 주소 등을 수집·처리할 수 있으며, 이는 Google의 개인정보처리방침 및 광고 정책에 따릅니다.

맞춤형 광고 거부: 기기 설정(Android: 설정 > 개인정보 보호 > 광고)에서 광고 식별자를 재설정하거나 삭제할 수 있습니다.

제4조 (인앱 결제)

본 서비스의 유료 상품 결제는 전적으로 Google Play가 처리합니다. 회사는 카드번호 등 결제 수단 정보에 접근하거나 보관하지 않으며, 결제 관련 정보는 Google의 개인정보처리방침에 따라 처리됩니다.

제5조 (앱 권한 사용 안내)

• 인터넷 접근 (INTERNET): 광고 로드 및 인앱 결제 통신에 사용합니다.
• 위치, 카메라, 마이크, 연락처, 사진·파일 등 민감 권한은 요청하지 않으며 해당 정보에 접근하지 않습니다.
• 광고 SDK가 광고 게재를 위해 광고 ID 권한(AD_ID) 및 네트워크 상태 확인 권한을 사용할 수 있습니다.

제6조 (아동의 개인정보 보호)

본 서비스는 만 14세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 아동의 개인정보를 인지한 상태로 수집하지 않습니다. 회사는 본 서비스에서 어떠한 개인정보도 직접 수집하지 않으므로, 아동의 개인정보 역시 수집되지 않습니다.

제7조 (이용자의 권리 및 문의)

SangsangNode Co., Ltd. ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information is handled by the mobile puzzle game "Shisen Friends" (사천성 프렌즈, the "app") and why.

1. We Do Not Collect Personal Information

We do not collect any personal information through this app.

• There is no sign-up or login, and the app never asks for your name, email address, phone number, or any other identifying information.
• We operate no game server for this app, and no gameplay data is sent to us.

2. Data Stored Only on Your Device

Game progress (cleared stages, stars, hearts) and settings (such as sound options) are stored only on your device. This data is never transmitted anywhere, including to us, and is deleted when you uninstall the app.

3. Advertising

The app shows ads served by Google AdMob to keep the game free. When ads are served, our advertising partner Google LLC (USA) may process information such as your advertising ID, device information, and IP address, as described in Google's Privacy Policy and Advertising Policies.

Opting out of personalized ads: you can reset or delete your advertising ID in your device settings (Android: Settings > Privacy > Ads).

4. In-App Purchases

Purchases in the app are processed entirely by Google Play. We never see or store your payment details; payment information is handled under Google's privacy policy.

5. App Permissions

• Internet access (INTERNET) — used for loading ads and processing purchases.
• The app does not request access to your location, camera, microphone, contacts, photos, or files.
• The advertising SDK may use the advertising-ID permission (AD_ID) and network-state checks to serve ads.

6. Children's Privacy

The app is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Since we collect no personal information through this app at all, no children's personal information is collected either.

7. Your Choices and Rights

8. Changes to This Policy
